Return & Refund Policy

At Love + Chocolate, we take great care in selecting, packing, and shipping every order. Because chocolate is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns of shipped merchandise and all sales are generally considered final.

Returns

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of chocolate or other edible products once they have been shipped or delivered.

Refunds

Refunds are not typically provided for:

  • Melted chocolate resulting from weather conditions during transit
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Personal taste preferences or product selection decisions
  • Packages that have been left unattended after delivery

We encourage customers to review shipping options carefully and monitor tracking information to help ensure successful delivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives significantly damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at info@loveandchocolateshop.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of any damage, including the shipping box and contents

We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may work directly with the carrier to investigate the claim. If a claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
